Pedro Sirotsky Melzer

Pedro Sirotsky Melzer is a Founding Partner at Igah Ventures and a Partner at Patria Investments, the largest alternative investment platform in Latin America.

With over a decade of experience as a Venture Capitalist in Brazil, Pedro has earned the reputation of being a pioneer in the field, investing in more than 50 companies. Pedro's keen eye for promising ventures has led him to be one of the earliest investors in several highly successful Brazilian startups, including iFood, Infracommerce, Contabilizei, Avenue, Securities, Unico, Conexa Saúde, and CRM&Bônus.

Before venturing into the world of venture capital, Pedro Sirotsky Melzer served as Global Revenue Manager at Apple in Cupertino, California, USA.

In addition to his role at Igah Ventures, Pedro is the Vice President of ABVCAP, the Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital. As an active leader in this esteemed association, he actively contributes to the advancement of the private equity and venture capital sectors in Brazil.

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and is dedicated to investing in entrepreneurs who seek to improve people's lives through technology, generating efficiency gains across diverse economic sectors.
